At Murtadha Ahmed Al-Shaikh Jafar Establishment -Nova Leaf-, your satisfaction and security are our top priorities. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, all returns and exchanges are governed by the following terms and conditions in compliance with applicable commercial regulations:
Timeframe & Product Condition:
1. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, accompanied by the original invoice or electronic proof of purchase
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, sealed in their original factory packaging.
3. Used items, items damaged due to customer misuse/mishandling, or items with broken safety seals cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and quality assurance standards.
Shipping & Delivery Fees:
Cancellation Before Dispatch: If an order is canceled prior to shipping, the full amount—including delivery charges—will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns After Delivery (Change of Mind): If an item is returned or exchanged based on customer preference, only the item value will be refunded. Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable as the service has already been rendered.
Defective or Incorrect Orders (Our Responsibility): In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item or a proven manufacturing defect, Nova Leaf will proudly cover all shipping and return fees to rectify the issue promptly.
Promotions & Bundle Offers:
For items purchased under bundle promotions (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, or second-item discounts), the entire promotional bundle set must be returned completely and in original condition to process the refund.
Refund Process:
1. Returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival at our facility.
2. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card/method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your issuing bank’s processing timelines.
