5- Delivery & Payment Terms
Shipping Fees: A delivery fee of 30 SAR (inclusive of VAT) applies to orders under 200 SAR. Shipping is free for orders of 200 SAR or above.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via mada cards, credit cards, STC Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available at the scheduled time and location.
6- Return and Refund Policy
Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items remain in their original, undamaged condition.
Pre-Delivery Cancellation & Company Error: If an order is canceled prior to delivery or contains a fulfilled defect/error, a 100% refund (including delivery fees) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Post-Delivery Returns: For returns requested after successful delivery, product costs are refunded excluding delivery charges, as the transport service was fulfilled.
Promotional Bundles: Promotional set offers (e.g., 1+1 or 2+1) must be returned as a complete set in original condition.
